This Week's Japanese Game Releases: Eve: Rebirth Terror, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age ports, more

Eve: Rebirth Terror and the Xbox One and Switch versions of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age highlight this week’s Japanese game releases.

A sequel to the 1999-released visual novel Eve: Burst Error, Eve: Rebirth Terror follows protagonists Kojiroh Amagi and Marina Houjou in a new incident a year after the Burst Error incident. The PlayStation 4 version includes the remake Eve: Burst Error R on the disc, while the PS Vita version includes a mini-episode visual novel. Read more about the game here.

Already available on PlayStation 4 and PC, the Xbox One and Switch versions of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age include new features, including a license rest function, additional Gambit sets, an improved “New Game+,” and 60 frames per second support on Xbox One X.
