Media Create Sales: 2/25/19 – 3/3/19

Koei Tecmo‘s fighting game sequel Dead or Alive 6 sold 26,442 retail copies on PlayStation 4 during its first week of release in Japan, the latest Media Create sales figures reveal.

Also new last week, Square Enix‘s survival third-person shooter Left Alive for PlayStation 4 opened at 17,622 retail copies, while Takara Tomy’s Zoids Wild: King of Blast for Switch opened at 10,030 copies, and Taito‘s Darius Cozmic Collection for Switch opened at 9,495 copies.

Arc System Works dungeon RPG Wizard’s Symphony also launched for PlayStation 4 and Switch last week, but did not chart in the top 20, meaning that retail copies sold less than 3,000 units for each platform.

On the hardware side, Switch sold 68,666 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 19,857 units, and the 3DS family sold 7,521 units.
