Fishing Star: World Tour for Switch launches January 31 in Japan [Update]

GREE will release Fishing Star: World Tour for Switch via the Nintendo eShop on January 31 in Japan for 2,680 yen, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.

Described as a major rebirth of the smartphone version, Fishing Star: World Tour will let players enjoy the dynamic action of fishing. Players will be able to fish at fishing spots in various situations and equip all sorts of fishing gear. The game also supports the Toy-Con Fishing Rod included with Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 01: Variety Kit.

Update 01/16/19 at 2:22 a.m.: Fishing Star: World Tour is published by WFS (formerly Wright Flyer Studios). The game will support Japanese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese language options.
