Touhou Sky Arena: Matsuri Climax for Switch and DLC character Toyosatomimi no Miko launches in January 2019 in Japan

Touhou Sky Arena: Matsuri Climax

The Switch version of Touhou Sky Arena: Matsuri Climax will launch in January 2019 in Japan for 3,000 yen, and downloadable add-on character Toyosatomimi no Miko will launch for the already-available PlayStation 4 and PS vita versions of the game on January 10 for 300 yen, developer Area Zero announced (2). Toyosatomimi no Miko will also launch for the Switch version in January, but a concrete date was not announced.

The Switch version of Touhou Sky Arena: Matsuri Climax will include the Remilia Futo character add-ons already available for the PlayStation 4 version.

As for Toyosatomimi no Miko, she is one of three characters part of a new 800 yen Season Pass—the other two being Yukari Yakumo and Yuyuko Saigyouji. Release dates for Yukari Yakumo and Yuyuko Saigyouji have yet to be announced.

The Toyosatomimi no Miko add-on will include the Toyosatomimi no Miko playable character, the “Divine Spirit Mausoleum” stage, and four battle tracks (“True ~Forever~” by Rakugen Alice, “Phosphor” by Get in the Ring, “Spirit Away ~Dividing Line~” by Iron Attack!, and “Surpass Zero” by C-Clays).

Touhou Sky Arena: Matsuri Climax is available now for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan.
