Kedama no Gonjiro announced for smartphones

The latest issue of Monthly CoroCoro Comic reveals Kedama no Gonjiro for iOS and Android, a side-scrolling action game based on the Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia and CoroCoro collaboration mascot character.

Kedama no Gonjiro sees players control a running Gonjiro in order to reach the goal. Gonjiro can fart to double-jump, grow his hair to use rope actions on tree branches, and hit enemies with a hip attack. To reach the goal, he jump on the heads of bald old men to become their hair.

A release date was not announced.
