Sengoku Hime 7: Senun Tsuranuku Guren no Ishi is coming to PlayStation 4 on January 24, 2019 in Japan for 7,800 yen, publisher SystemSoft Alpha announced.
A 9,800 yen limited edition including an art and original book and original drama CD will also be available.
Pre-orders for either edition will include a download code for playable character “Sanada Yukimura (Magical Girl Version).” She fights on the battlefield alongside her pet familiar.
The Gesen 18-developed turn-based strategy game first launched for PC in October 2016, followed by an enhanced edition in March 2017 and a PS Vita version earlier this month (October 11).
Described as an “adventure and orthodox Sengoku simulation game,” Sengoku Hime 7: Senun Tsuranuku Guren no Ishi puts players in the role of male protagonist Souma Amagi, who will deepen his bonds with many princess warlords of the Sengoku era and aim for the unification of Japan. The scenario starts in 1550 with the rise of Oda Nobunaga, a symbol of the warlords rivalry, and runs until the Siege of Osaka that ended the Sengoku era in 1615. The story covers eight Daimyo families (Oda, Tokugawa, Takeda, Hideyoshi, Sanada, Ootomo, Uesugi, and Date) and a total of 110 warlords.
