Switch rhythm game dated.

Gal Metal

Gal Metal will launch for Switch on October 30 in North America and November 2 in Europe, publishers XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe announced.

As previously announced (North America, Europe), the game will be available in both a “World Tour Edition” physical and standard digital edition. The digital edition will cost $29.99 and include the base game, with the “Encore Pack” add-on adding five new characters available on launch day for $9.99. The physical edition will include both for $39.99, plus an owner’s manual and stickers.

Here is an overview of the game, via XSEED Games:

Gal Metal is a rhythm game designed for Nintendo Switch that turns the Joy-Con into drum sticks. Players will take hold of the Joy-Con and rock along with the music in order to repel would-be alien conquerors. This is accomplished by creating complex performances and racking up millions of points using personal free-form drumlines based on over a dozen different beats. With Nintendo Switch Pro Controller support, players will be able to choose how they want to jam and earn metal power to use against these nefarious invaders in this uniquely ad lib-friendly rhythm experience.
