Sega has opened the official Japanese website for Sega Ages Space Harrier, which shares the first information and screenshots of the recently announced Switch version of the classic shooting game.
While there currently is not much to go on, the website reveals that Sega Ages Space Harrier for Switch will add even more elements on top of those added to 3D Space Harrier for 3DS. Here is the blurb:
The Ultimate Port: Even Further Evolutions from the 3DS Version
Sega Ages Space Harrier retains the appeal of the arcade version while also including the additional features of the 3DS version, such as widescreen support, the addition of the home console version-exclusive final boss Haya Oh, and more. And the game is currently in development to add even more additional elements.
A release date and price were not announced.
