Daedalus: The Awakening of Golden Jazz launches December 13 in Japan

Daedalus: The Awakening of Golden Jazz will launch for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC on December 13 in Japan for 6,990 yen at retail and 5,547 yen via download, publisher Arc System Works announced. Early purchases of the game will include a physical drink coaster as a bonus.
A 9,800 yen limited edition will also be available. It will include:

■ Story
It happened a month ago. Someone killed beloved grandfather Kyosuke Jinguji, who was living in New York.
Jake Hunter (Saburo Jinguji) arrives in New York to collect Kyosuke’s belongings and arrange his memories.
Jake’s reunion with the nostalgic cityscape and his old friends only lasted for a brief moment. He learns that Kyosuke was reading up on the word “Daedalus” until the moment of his death.
What is Daedalus? Why was Kyosuke killed?
“Saburo, grow the Mind Tree.”
Kyosuke’s words remained in Jake’s distant memories, his way of thinking…
For his dead grandfather, and for himself, a young Jake who has yet to make a name for himself will challenge this sorrowful case carved into New York!

Jake Hunter (Saburo Jinguji) (voiced by Yuichi Nakamura)
The grandson of Kyoskuke Jinguji, who was running a detective agency in New York. After the death of Kyosuke, he travels to the United States to discover the trh behind this grandfather’s death.
Yulia Marks (Yoko Misono) (voiced by Ayumi Fujimura)
A Japanese student who takes a cold attitude towards Jake. She is studying abroad in New York and often borrows books from Dan’s room.
Abby (voiced by Aika Kobayashi)
Jake Hunter’s childhood friend. She is studying economics at a college. She is like an older sister to Jake, but secretly has feelings for him.
