Rumor: New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U coming to Switch

New Super Mario Bros. U and the New Super Luigi U add-on, which were originally released for Wii U, may be coming to Switch, according to Comic Book sources.
The website claims that sources connected to Nintendo Europe, who have previously provided the outlet with accurate information on games like Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, have suggested a Switch port of New Super Mario Bros. U is in the works. It also claims to have received multiple tips indicating that the port will include the New Super Luigi U add-on. Some sources suggest that the Switch release will include additional new content.
A potential name for the Switch port is rumored to be New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. While it is unclear whether or not this name is an internal placeholder, the recurring nature of the name among Comic Book’s sources lead the outlet to believe it may be the final title.
As for a release date, some of Comic Book’s sources have indicated that New Super Mario Bros. U for Switch could be released sometime in 2018.
