Harukaze has announced Nora to Oujo to Noraneko Heart 2. It will launch for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PS Vita on February 28, 2019 in Japan.
Although platforms were not officially announced, a banner on the series’ TV anime website revealed its platforms:

Nora and her colleagues work in a house by the sea. One day, snow begins to fall on the coast. That was their encounter with the winter princess Iris.
While the first Nora to Oujo to Noraneko Heart visual novel is already available for PS Vita, it is coming to PlayStation 4 and Switch as Nora to Oujo to Noraneko Heart HD Version on October 25 in Japan.
