■ Characters
Giliath Osborne (voiced by Jouji Nakata)
Known as the “Blood and Iron Chancellor,” he is a representative of the Imperial government of military pedigree.
Since taking office, he has promoted modernization of the Empire in every aspect, and has made great strides in areas such as laying the railroad network throughout the country, annexing peripheral regions, and strengthening them into provinces.
After the Civil War, he elevates his son Rean as the “Ashen Chevalier,” and by exerting his political might, he issues “orders” to use him as a chess piece of the government.
Following that, he embarked on nonstop military expansion, and annexed Crossbell State and North Ambria as Imperial territory.
Meanwhile, using the Ouroboros society “behind the scenes,” he planned the startup of The Great Twilight.
As a result, the world’s “demise” was initiated…
Lechter Arundel (voiced by Masakazu Morita)
Captain of the Erebonia Imperial Intelligence Service, as well as one of the Ironbloods under the direct control of Prime Minister Osborne.
He appears to be the irresponsible type, but as a member of the Intelligence Service, he uses his superior talents in under the table negotiations and maneuvering successfully.
After the Civil War, while working as an Intelligence officer, he also worked as a liaison to communicate “orders” from the Imperial government to Rean, the Ashen Chevalier.
Although he revealed the fact that Osborne plotted the Hamel Tragedy and condemned his father to capital punishment, he stood before Rean and the others of the new and old Class VII as a member of the Ironbloods.
Claire Rieveldt (voiced by Ami Koshimizu)
A female officer who belongs to the Railway Military Police, and is one of the Ironbloods under the direct control of Prime Minister Osborne.
She is known by the nickname “Icy Maiden” due to her unparalleled ability to command troops deployed on the railway network throughout the Empire like limbs with unrivaled processing capabilities equivalent to that of an orbal arithmetic unit.
While she is on the side of the Imperial government, she lends a kind hand to the II Branch School and members of the old Class VII, but in accordance with the bitter feelings of an overwhelming obligation to Osborne, she ends up standing against Rean and the others as a member of the Ironbloods.
She seems anguished to have lost someone important who was like a younger sister to her, and to be an aid in Rean’s path towards “destruction,” but…

The strongest S-craft exclusive to Juna in which she shoots balls of thunder from her huge Gunbreaker at high speed before launching at the enemy with all of her might for the finishing blow.
—Kurt: “Ougi Tengan Musou”
Attacking in the Vander style of swordsmanship and aiming for whole body damage, he creates a big explosion on the battlefield with his deadly blow.
—Altina: “Solaris Bringer”
Claiomh Solais breaks off into two pieces and transforms into a huge sword before Altina unleashes a countless nubmer of slash attacks at her target.
—Muse: “Lord Galaxia”
Muse’s exclusive new S-Craft that creates an orbal gun through high speed chanting, and fires a countless number of bullets from every direction.
