Disgaea 6 will “definitely release,” says NIS president

Release timing, platforms, and game contents still under consideration.

Nippon Ichi Software president Sohei Niikawa told the latest issue of Dengeki PlayStation that the company will “definitely release” a Disgaea 6, but that release timing, platforms, and even game contents are still being considered.

Niikawa also mentioned that they are looking at the possibility of expanding Disgaea to genres outside of strategy RPG.
