He has a boyish appearance, but his appearance has not changed in many years, and much about him is still shrouded in mystery.
He is moving behind the scenes in the Empire in order to recover the Phantasmal Blaze Plan captured by Osborne, but…
Upon receiving results of the Aion experiment, it was decided within the society to cause the disaster known as The Great Twilight. He decides to cooperate with the prime minister he opposed and the Gnomes, and move forward with plans to invoke the disaster
McBurn (voiced by Junichi Suwabe)
Enforcer No. 1 of the Ouroboros society, who has the ability to freely manipulate fire.
Although admired as the “strongest” Enforcer in the society, he has a considerably moody personality. He is constantly lazy, and will even abandon missions he does not have interest in as he pleases.
However, when he comes face to face with a “warrior” who could oppose him, he transforms into a “Blazing Demon” who manipulates ominous black flames.
After The Great Twilight begins, he handles missions for the society while beginning to take his own actions in order to get a better understanding of his “true self” never seen by anyone.
Shirley Orlando (voiced by Ayana Taketatsu)
Enforcer No. XVII of the Ouroboros society, and a natural combat enthusiast who is battalion commander of the continent’s strongest Jaeger corps, the Red Constellation.
She entered the Empire at the request of Mariabell, the third Anguis, and gleefully performed duties in various places, such as confirming the Jaeger corps’ results, sabotage, and attacking the II Branch School.
When the disaster occurs in the Imperial capital, Red Constellation and their rivals Zephyr temporarily worked together in a heinous collaboration.
With the society lending their support to the Osborne camp, Shirley seems to be operating with Prince Cedric as an escort, but…?
Cedric Reise Arnor (voiced by Naomi Shindou)
As the legitimate child of Eugent Reise Arnor III, he is the crown prince of the Erebonian Empire with first rights to succeed to the throne.
He has a kind and honest personality, as well as an extremely good relationship with his older brother Olivert and twin sister Alfin, but the balance between his mind and body was destroyed following the incident of him being used as the core of the Vermilion Knight during the Civil War.
A year and a half after that, Cedric, who became a different person from his personality to his swordsmanship, officially entered the main branch of the military academy.
Having apparently been heavily influenced by Prime Minister Osborne, he spares no effort to collaborate with him, using his position as the crown prince in order to realize the disaster in the Empire.
He seems to be clinging to the “power” of the Vermilion Knight, but…
