Square Enix has released a set of five Japanese Kingdom Hearts summary movies dubbed “Stories Connected to III.”

The movies depict various scenes and characters from the Kingdom Hearts series in the format of a storybook, and are meant to make it easier to understand the story of the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III.

Kingdom Hearts III is due out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 25, 2019 in Japan and Asia, and January 29 in North America and Europe.
