This year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo will run from June 12 to 14, but the festivities will begin on June 9 with 10 press conferences leading up to the show. As we do every year, this post is your mega-schedule to follow the games industry’s biggest event in its entirety.
(Editor’s Note: This post will be updated with additional scheduled events and titles leading up to E3 2018. Live Thread links, where you can discuss each press conference with the rest of the community as they happen, will be accessible shortly before the start of each event.)
“During the briefing, you’ll have a chance to check out everything from in-depth looks at previously-announced games to trailers for our unannounced titles coming in 2018 and beyond.”
Confirmed appearances include Battlefield V, Crackdown 3, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Head of Xbox Phil Spencer has said the Microsoft press conference will “world premiere 15 games.”
Possible appearances include Cyberpunk 2077, a new Forza Horizon, and a new Halo. Rumored appearances include up to three new Gears of War titles (traditional sequel, real-time strategy spin-off, and a battle royale spin-off – via Polygon).
“This year’s Big Fancy Press Conference will feature real, actual game reveals and technological innovations from Devolver Labs, the research and development arm of Devolver Digital responsible for last year’s Earliest Access program and making ‘throwing money at the screen’ a valid form of payment. There will almost certainly be blood, possibly loss of life.”
Likely appearances include Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass.
Rumored appearances include a localization or remaster of FromSoftware‘s 2005-released Xbox title Metal Wolf Chaos (via).
“The presentation is a little weird, but the announcements and reveals are very real! Tune in to see announcements for our hottest upcoming games on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita. We’re announcing several games coming to physical for the first time, as well as several games you don’t know are coming yet in any capacity!
“After the conference, we’ll be hosting a live Q&A session with the Limited Run Games team, where we’ll answer your questions and even give away some rare stuff.”
Confirmed appearances include Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Beyond Good and Evil 2, For Honor, Skull & Bones, Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, and Transference.
Ubisoft said it is “saving some surprises for the show,” suggesting there will be multiple new game announcements.
Rumored appearances include a new entry in the Splinter Cell series, which was listed by Wal-Mart Canada.

Twitch will live stream all of the major press conferences and is the only place to watch the Devolver Digital press conference. The Bethesda Softworks and Ubisoft press conferences will have custom extensions. As Ubisoft reveals games, you can immediately sign up for beta access and newsletters. And during the Bethesda Softworks press conference, you can try your hand at game trivia, answer polls, and pre-order new games on Amazon.
