Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze

The Switch version of Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze sold 88,421 units during its first week of release in Japan, the latest Media Create sales figures reveal.

Last week was Golden Week in Japan, and Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze was the only new release. That said, the rest of the chart consists of previously released games, some of which were likely boosted due to Golden Week deals.

On the hardware side, Switch sold 53,113 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 34,994 units, and the 3DS family sold 10,785 units.
