Get the details below.
■ New Character
Shie Aida (voiced by Maaya Uchida)
“As a general rule, teachers do not get involved in that sort of trouble among students.”
She is a calm and slightly cold teacher, but one who is truly kind and cares about her students. She likes Gunpla battles and also has a bit of a child-like side to her.
■ Customization
In New Gundam Breaker, you can make your own Gunpla by combining various heads, arms, bodies, legs, and backpacks. Additionally, you can also set things such as Builder Parts, which are essential to creating a Gundam all your own, and customizing the music that stirs up the exciement on the battlefield.
When you choose Builder Parts, you can adjust things such as the part’s placement, angle, and size. You can attach up to eight Builder Parts to improve the design of your very own Gundam. Additionally, while Builder Parts have no use in terms of skills, attaching them will alter the Mobile Suit’s stats.
—A Builder Part is attached to the right arm. Change the placement and size to match your vision.
—Builder Parts also alter the Mobile Suit’s stats.
—-New Builder Parts like a Traffic Cone and Tail Blade have been added.
You can also set background music for your favorite Gunpla when it comes time to battle. If you purchase teh New Gundam Breaker Build G Sound Edition, you can also select songs from the Gundam Build Fighters series and past Gundam Breaker series in addition to the standard edition background music.
—Set the background music for your very own Gundam.
—The music you selected during your Gundam’s setup will play as the background music during battle.
■ Fight Against Huge Enemies
The enemies that appear in New Gundam Breaker are not just 1/144 and 1/100-scale Mobile Suits, there is also Mobile Armor, huge battleships, and more that will appear. Below is an introduction to some of the huge enemies that will appear.
Hashmal Battle
A large-scale Mobile Armor that is a relic of the Calamity War in which many Tekkadan Mobile Suits suffered, including Gundam Barbatos Lupus.
Hashmal is a difficult to read, troublesome enemy who can fight regardless of distance with its irregular-mvoing wire blade and rush attacks from its quickly produced Pluma sub-units. Its beam irradiation becomes stronger based on its remaining HP, so watch its movements without getting too close and attack it when its guard is down.
Ptolemaios 2 Battle
The Celestial Being mothership.
A troublesome enemy that the player cannot reach even if they jump, and fires from its “GN Cannon.” Paying attention to the enemy’s attacks while steadily attacking it with shooting weapons is a good plan, but since Ptolemaious 2 can also change into a low-altitude flying mode, you will have to read its pattern and adapt your attacks if you want to quickly clear this battle.
■ New Gunpla
Gundam Avalanche Exia
A Mobile Suit that fights up close in “Trans-am” mode and moves at high speeds via its dash unit, Gundam Avalanche Exia specializes in “Hit & Return” tactics. As an enemy, its movements are difficult to read, so overpower it not through forcible fighting, but rather through counterattacks, especially when it is in Trans-am mode.
Nightingale
This Mobile Suit’s powerful “Scattering Mega Particle Gun,” which is shot out of its forearm, is a notable characteristic, but Nightingale also possesses grip attacks via its “Funnel” and “Hidden Arm,” as well as barrier skills, defensive skills and versatile techniques. Since its main strategy is to settle down and attack from a distance, be sure to approach it via close combat when fighting against it.
Star Burning Gundam
In addition to its parts-out last resort special move “Hyper Star Burning Knuckle,” which is one of the symbols of this Mobile Suit, it also has attack-related techniques that show “offense is the greatest defense” on the battlefield. Since it is no exaggeration to say this is a Mobile Suit that specializes in attacks, Star Burning Gundam is a suitable opponent to determine how much your own battle skills have improved.
Atlas Gundam
Its movement speed is extremely fast in its “Sub Leg Flight Mode,” and is seemingly of use in all sorts of situations, not just on the battlefield. With its high-speed movement via its skis, it should particularly stand out during battle, making the scramble for its parts inevitable.
