Total sales for Splatoon 2 in Japan have surpassed 2,016,182, making it the first Switch title to pass two million sales, according to the latest Famitsu numbers.
Splatoon 2 first launched for Switch worldwide on July 21, 2017 meaning it took 30 weeks to reach two million sales.
Famitsu also reports total Switch hardware sales in Japan as being at 3,766,244. Switch launched worldwide on March 3, 2017.
