Media Create Sales: 1/8/18 – 1/14/18

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT for PlayStation 4 sold 105,667 copies during its first week of release in Japan, the latest Media Create sales numbers reveal.

To compare it against previous entries, the original Dissidia Final Fantasy for PSP sold 489,000 copies during its first week of release, while its sequel Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy, also for PSP, sold 286,117 copies.

Also new this week, D3 Publisher‘s apartment management / love simulation game Happy Manager launched for PlayStation 4, but did not make the top 20, meaning that it sold less than 2,810 copies.

On the hardware side, the PlayStation 4 family was the highest selling platform this week with 43,808 units, followed by Switch with 37,500 units, followed by the 3DS family with 16,855 units.
