A merchant who used the profits he gained through trade to establish the “Kaientai” in order to regulate the relationship between humans and aliens. During the Joui Wars, he was a comrade who fought alongside Gitnama and company. He has a loud voice.

In addition to gun-based attacks, Tatsuma can fight at mid-range with his unique, tricky movements. Although his attacks are unique, since they are straightforward, you can unleash stylish gun combos once you get the hang of them. However, other than his defense power, his stats are overall low, so do not get overconfident.
