Sea of Thieves will launch for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs on March 20, 2018, Microsoft and Rare announced. It will cost $59.99 / £49.99 / €69.99.

Sea of Thieves is a new type of multiplayer game where players take to the high seas on epic voyages to unravel puzzling riddles, engage in ship-to-ship battles and discover the treasure of a lifetime. Grab your crew and journey into a unique shared world where each pirate is a real player with their own intentions and goals.
Both retail and digital pre-orders will include exclusive access to a pre-release closed beta, as well as the “Black Dog Pack” additional content, which consists of unique clothing and items.
Microsoft will also release a Sea of Thieves Limited Edition controller, which features a deep purple translucent design, laser-etched barnacles, a single golden trigger, and a glow-in-the-dark skull. It will launch on February 8, 2018 for $74.99. It will also include the “Ferryman Clothing Set” additional content for Sea of Thieves, a 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial, and a 14-day Game Pass trial.
