Monster Hunter Stories now available for smartphones in Japan
Demo version also available.
Capcom has released Monster Hunter Stories, previously only available for 3DS, for iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play in Japan. It costs 1,900 yen and there are no additional purchases.
The smartphone version of Monster Hunter Stories features high-resolution graphics, an optimized user interface, and an auto-save feature.
Users who would like to try the game first can download a demo version called Monster Hunter Stories: Tabidachi no Shou (The Departure Chapter). It is available on both the App Store and Google Play.
Monster Hunter Stories first launched for 3DS in Japan in October 2016, followed by North America and Europe in September 2017.
