Views has announced Maitetesu: Pure Station for PlayStation 4. Pre-orders will begin in January 2018 in Japan.
The company had previously announced plans to bring Maitetsu to PlayStation 4 back in June. At the time, the PlayStation 4 version was planned for release on September 28. It was since delayed to winter 2017, but has yet to release.
It is unknown if Maitetsu: Pure Station is an all-new game or the same version announced previously. The main visual, which debuted at Denkigai Matsuri 2017, labels Maitetsu: Pure Station as “PlayStation 4-exclusive software.” That being said, it is possible that the PlayStation 4 version is a port of the PC version, but with additional scenarios.
Maitetsu is a visual novel that first launched for PC in March 2016. Sekai Project plans to release the PC version in English in 2018. Read more about that version here.
