Gintama Rumble has a post-clear side story scenario

By clearing all of the chapters of Gintama Rumble‘s story mode, a side story scenario will unlock, the latest issue of V-Jump reveals.

Through the side story scenario, players will be able to see “another episodes” as different characters and from different perspectives.

The magazine also reveals that playable characters can also be set as assist characters. The list of assist characters includes Housen, Okada, Doromizu, Saigou, Abuto, Utsuro, Oboro, Sasaki, Ayame, Tama, Tae, Date Umibouzu, Bansai, Matako, Elizabeth, Sadaharu, Kyuubei, Taizou, Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon, and so on.

More playable, boss, and assist characters are still left to be announced.

Gintama Rumble will launch for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan, as well as for PlayStation 4 with English subtitles in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Philippines), on January 18, 2018.
