Square Enix debuted new footage of Noctis battle gameplay from the arcade version of Dissidia Final Fantasy and detailed the data that can be imported from the arcade version into the upcoming PlayStation 4 version, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, during a two-year anniversary live stream today.
Here’s what arcade players will be able to import:
Element | Importable | |
---|---|---|
Nationwide Battle Classes | Yes | However, it is also possible that a new maximum will be established. |
Character Level (C.LV) | Yes | However, since the maximum Character Level of Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is 10, Character Levels of 11 or greater are rounded down. |
HP Attacks | Yes | The Character Levels at which HP Attacks can be acquired in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT has not changed. |
Symbol Chats | Yes (some excluded) | This essentially cannot be imported. However, in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, you can acquire basic chat by increasing your Character Level. |
Titles | Yes (some excluded) | Most titles, including titles obtained in Battle of the Gods and titles obtained in tournaments, can be imported. A small fraction of titles cannot be imported. |
Player Icons | Partially | This essentially cannot be imported. Icons obtained in Battle of the Gods can be imported, but the majority of icons cannot be imported. |
Battle BGMs | Partially | This essentially cannot be imported. Background music obtained in Battle of the Gods can be imported, but the majority of background music cannot be imported. |
Dissidia Final Fantasy is playable now at arcades in Japan. Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is due out for PlayStation 4 on January 11 in Japan, and January 30 in North America and Europe.
