Visual novel due out September 28 in Japan.

Occultic;Nine

5pb. has launched the teaser website for Occultic;Nine, its upcoming game based on the light novel, manga, and anime from Chiyomaru Shikura, the creator of Steins;Gate.

The story of Occultic;Nine aims to scientifically explain the existence of ghosts and develops in a unique way. The protagonist is Yuta Gamon (voiced by Yuki Kaji), a self-proclaimed NEET God who believes the occult is completely phony, and dreams of getting rich quick through affiliate links on an occult summary blog run by himself. Yuta, who is trying to attract readers by arguing negatives and positives on the blog, gets dragged into a conspiracy concerning the existence of ghosts while gathering occult stories for his blog.

As announced yesterday, Occultic;Nine will launch in Japan as a digital-only title for PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and Xbox One on September 28.
