Media Create sales figures for Golden Week are in.

There were no new releases in Japan last week, during which the country celebrated a consecutive lineup of holidays on May 3, 4, and 5. But Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Switch, which first launched the week prior, remained on top with an additional 90,652 sales.

As for Switch hardware, after selling over 76,000 units the previous week, the console sold 47,911 units this week.
