4Gamer.net has posted a new set of screenshots from the PlayStation 4 version of Dragon Quest XI: In Search of Departed Time following yesterday’s first-hands on event in Osaka.
The screenshots are based in the game’s Samadhi region (which you can auto-run on by pressing the Options button). You’ll see battles using the “Free Movement” and “Auto Camera” systems, treasure chests, a Metal Slime encounter, travel by horse, horse racing (you can drift by pressing the Square button), the newly teased “Incarnations of Time” creatures, and an boss encounter against the Death Scorpion.
Dragon Quest XI: In Search of Departed Time will launch for PlayStation 4 and 3DS on July 29 in Japan. A Switch version is also planned, but has yet to be shown or dated.
