SINoALICE second trailer

An introduction to the game systems.

SINoALICE

Square Enix has released the second official trailer for SINoALICE, the upcoming iOS and Android RPG from creative director Yoko Taro, introducing the game’s systems.

The game uses a real-time battle system. You’ll fight alongside the characters you meet as you progress through the story to defeat the enemies that stand before you. However, betrayal and killing each other may be required to achieve your goals. There is also an auto mode you can enable and disable at any time that attacks the enemy automatically.

You can play the stories of your favorite characters in an omnibus format through the game’s Cross Story system. The stories of each character will come together and their relationships will gradually become clearer as you progress. There are also Weapon Stories, which are stories attached to the 150-plus weapons that appear in the game, and Job Stories, which are tell of the characters’ inner worlds.

If you missed it, read up on the story here and the cast of characters here.

SINoALICE is due out as a free-to-play title with in-app item purchases this spring in Japan.
