Root Letter now available for PC via DMM Game Player in Japan

Root Letter, the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita visual novel from Kadokawa Games, is now available for Windows PC in Japan via the DMM Game Player service, Kadokawa Games announced. The standard edition costs 1,480 yen until April 16, and will change to 2,480 yen after. A limited edition is also available for 1,980 yen during the launch period, and 2,980 yen after.

In related news, DMM and Kadokawa Games are holding a contest to find an actor to appear in the next title in the Kadokawa Games Mystery series, in which Root Letter was the first. Users will vote through the DMM.yell smartphone app for the idol they want to appear in the next entry, and the person chosen will lend their image and voice to the game.
