There are rumors of unidentified “monsters” in H City. These monsters are said to have been witnessed in various places. The player will seek out clues and tread upon the Spirit Spots where unknown fear awaits.

Select one person from among the Marked Persons that come and go each chapter as a companion and explore. When you return to the base, you can change the Marked Person that you take along.

Explore the Spiritual Spots in the dead of the night where something might be lurking. Fight against your fears of the darkness while searching for hidden clues.
Explore while shining your flashlight on Spirit Spots. By switching to “Investigation Mode,” you can investigate the area you’re shining your flashlight on in detail. “Examine and probe” suspicious places, and discover hints.
The items you’ve gathered can bring a deadlock to an end. When you’re stuck during exploration, review your belongings and see if they’ll help.
Bizarre phenomenons will often swoop down on you during exploration. Will you be able to stand against these many “fears”?
■ Encounters and Confrontations with Monsters
An encounter with a monster signifies “death.” If you confront it, it will gradually close in on you and you’ll meet your certain demise.
Cooperation with Marked Persons is essential to facing against monsters. Choose from your belongings gathered at Spirit Spots and take effective action. Figure out how to survive based on the information you’ve gathered.
“Deadly Choice” is a choice you will make during exploration that will influence your fate. If you make a bad choice, your body will be eaten and you will die. Make the best choice before the time limit ends. If you make the worst choice, you’ll instantly die.
Mysterious will become clear. The time of death will approach. Is it hope , or is it despair that lies in wait ahead? The fear is not over…
