Sega held a tournament featuring the Switch version of Puyo Puyo Tetris at Studio Coast in Tokyo on February 4, and today released a series of videos showcasing the event.

The tournament rules were “Swap,” which sees the game switch between Puyo Puyo and Tetris at fixed times, and “Puyo Tetris Mix,” which sees both Puyo and Tetromino pieces fall onto the field. Nine famous players competed, and the Red Bull 5G 2016 Puyo Puyo eastern and western finalists Kumachomu and Tom even had a showdown.

Puyo Puyo Tetris is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, PlayStation 3, PS Vita, and 3DS in Japan, and will launch for Switch as Puyo Puyo Tetris S on March 3. The game will launch as Puyo Puyo Tetris for PlayStation 4 and Switch on April 25 in the Americas and April 28 in Europe.
