Square Enix will officially announce a NieR: Automata-themed PlayStation 4 model for Japan next week, the company teased on a live stream this morning.
The top cover of the PlayStation 4 model will feature Emil. Here’s the quick look shown during the live stream:
The company also shared a look at NieR: Automata‘s Monster Hunter Frontier Z collaboration. On the left is the headpiece for male characters, and on the right the headpiece for female characters:
There will also be other in-game items as part of the collaboration.
Finally, Square Enix showcased 12 minutes of gameplay from the prototype version of NieR: Automata, titled “NieR: Androids.” Watch that below (from 5:47 to 18:20).
NieR: Automata will launch for PlayStation 4 in Japan on February 23, in North America on March 7, and in Europe on March 10. A PC release is due out in 2017. A PlayStation 4 demo is available now worldwide.
