When he came to, he was standing at the entrance of the amusement park.
“…If you don’t do it soon, it will be too late. Look, the monster is right there—.”
Right after that, a monster he has never seen before with a strange voice raided the plaza and began to devour people. The monster’s appetite settled, and after it hurriedly left, there were 12 survivors.
“Like I said earlier, the only humans that were saved are those that are here now. But I cannot allow all everyone here to survive. That said, from this point on the number of people… will be decreased until we have just two people.”
The words that followed were far worse than can be imagined.
“Everyone will choose. Who should survive. So then, who should survive?”
■ Setting
Outside of “Aliceland,” the amusement park where the protagonist and company are based, is a devastated world in every respect.
There are monsters wandering the outside, and since they will undoubtedly kill and eat you if you encounter one, escape is impossible.
The protagonist and company, imprisoned in an amusement park that can be called a last fortress or even paradise, must participate in a death game called “Exile Election,” prepared by a mysterious mechanical doll named Alice, in order to survive.
■ Story Overview
The goal of the protagonist, Kaname Ichijou, is to get revenge on the nine people who exiled his little sister in the very first election.
By sounding out the personalities, connections, pasts, weaknesses, and so on of the nine participants, you will gather information for the election held once every three days.
Deceive your opponents, take advantage of their weaknesses, and pretend to work with those who have mutual interests. Take any means necessary in order to enact your revenge.
The player will be able to freely select which characters to exile during an election.

Kaname Ichijou

Age: 17 (high school student)
The protagonist of this story. Misa Ichijou’s older brother, and childhood friend of Ichika Houshi. While he is rational and calm, he uses this game to get revenge on the nine people who “exiled” his little sister. He has synesthesia, so he can recognize sound as color, allowing him to see words that are lies in red.

Kaname Ichijou’s younger sister. A cheerful and energetic mood maker who mediates the relationship between her older brother and Ichika Houshi. She values the stuffed anime her older brother bought her when she was little.
Since she was the one chosen in the very first “Exile Election,” she became the prey of monsters and died.

Kaname Ichijou’s childhood friend. She has absolute trust in Kaname, and even in extreme situations, works together in order to fulfill their goal.

A pure and innocent little girl who lost her memories. She doesn’t understand human language, and her behavior is also immature. Kaname and Ichika care for and protect her.

Yuuri Himeno’s older sister. She has a gentle personality, hates hurting others, and does not want to participate in the election. She is the center of her three-person group.

Miori Himeno’s younger brother and Michimune’s best friend. He has a kind heart, just like his older sister, but also considers her advantages and disadvantages. He is the brains of his group.

Yuuri’s best friend. He has a refreshing personality and a strong desire to protect Yuuri and Miori. He his confident in his physical strength, but it proves to be of little use in the election.

Aasha and Kaasha’s neighbor. As someone who was once Aasha and Kaasha’s tutor, he still has tremendous admiration for them. He has a chronic illness and always carries a portable pill case containing his medication.

An outlaw. Someone with repeatedly aggressive behavior against others. He is isolated among the 12 survivors, but doesn’t seem to care.

A young man who works for a restaurant. He has a sociable personality. As the older one of the group, he often takes cooperativeaction against others.

A woman who is always by herself. She indifferent towards other people, shows no desire for the election, and has no attachment to living. She carries around glasses for her bad eyesight, but rarely wears them.

A mysterious mechanical doll who calls itself the administrator of the humans that survived. Its goal is unknown, but it holds an “Exile Election” and enjoys the election’s progress.
■ Theme Song
The theme song of is “Melody and Flower” by Yurika Endo, who plays Ichika Houshi. The single will be released on April 26 for 1,250 yen.
Exile Election is due out for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan on April 27.
