Japanese animation studio Project No.9 will produce a television anime based on the Kenka Bancho Otome PS Vita game called Kenka Bancho Otome: Girl Beats Boys, publisher Spike Chunsoft announced. It will premiere in spring 2017 and each episode will run for 10 minutes.
In the game, heroine Hinako Nakaya has lived under the care of the state for as long as she can remember and has no relatives she knows of, but suddenly comes across her twin brother separated at birth and agrees to go to school in his place at Shishiku Academy, an all-boys high school and the premiere school for delinquents. In the anime, in addition to the five main male characters that appear in the game, a character original to the anime will also appear. Love Desire will sing the opening theme song, “Love Sniper,” and ending theme song, “Gankou Signal.”
