New Danganronpa V3 Japanese voice cast announced

Here are the actors playing the game's new characters.

New Danganronpa V3

The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has first details on the Japanese voice cast of New Danganronpa V3: Everyone’s New Semester of Killing.

We know Tarako voices Monokuma and Sayaka Kanda voices protagonist Kaede Akamatsu, but Famitsu’s online preview provides a list of voice actors without any character names attached, so who every other actor voices is currently unknown. It’s worth noting that Kouichi Yamadera’s name appeares five times for some reason. We’d guess that means he’s playing the five new Monokumas.

Here’s the list:

  • Haruka Ishida
  • Sayaka Kanda
  • Hiro Shimono
  • Aimi Tanaka
  • Hikaru Midorikawa
  • Kouichi Yamadera
  • Kikuko Inoue
  • Ryohei Kimura
  • Minori Suzuki
  • Tarako
  • Kouichi Yamadera
  • Kouichi Yamadera
  • Akio Otsuka
  • Mikako Komatsu
  • Kenichi Suzumura
  • Sora Tokui
  • Kouichi Yamadera
  • Tetsuya Kakihara
  • Maaya Sakamoto
  • Shunsuke Takeuchi
  • Megumi Hayashibara
  • Kouichi Yamadera

Weekly Famitsu also has information on the school regulations and secrets of the Academy for Gifted Prisoners, in which the game is set, but details have yet to leak.

New Danganronpa V3: Everyone’s New Semester of Killing is due out for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan on January 12.

Thanks, Famitsu.
