Gust has released the latest information and screenshots of Blue Reflection: Sword of the Girl Who Dances in Illusions, its upcoming “heroic RPG” for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

■ Interact With Friends at School
Protagonist Hinako Shirai, who as an aftereffect of her injury cannot dance the ballet that she loves, meets two girls named Yuzuki Shijou and Raimu Shijou. Hinako, who goes to school each day with Yuzuki and Raimu, will repeatedly interact with a number of her female classmates and grow.
—By deepening your interactions and making friends, you can trigger special events both after school and on days off.
—Everyone has their own troubles, like love and human relations. There may also be situations where Hinako doesn’t grasp the sense of distance between people and upsets the other person…
■ The Girls’ Hearts and Reflectors
The worries and problems of the students cannot only be solved in the real world. There is a “Different World,” a world of the unconsciousness of the human collective, where the main causes of these latent troubles are lurking. For Hinako and friends, they jump into this world as Reflectors in order to resolve these problems.
To resolve these problems, it is necessary to seek out crystallized emotions that are causing a problem in the Different World. In this Different World, which is the human mind itself, various trials await Hinako and friends.
In addition to Fragments, you can also obtain items in the Different World. You can use the items you find to create items that will be useful in recovery and exploration.
When you encounter and enemy in the Different World, you’ll jump into battle.
—Hinako, who transforms into a Reflector with magical power and takes action with all her might, fights with a sword in hand.
—Yuzuki, on the other hand, wields a baton when she transforms into a Reflector.
—Raimu’s weapon is a bit different, fighting her battles with a stuffed toy.
By fighting, exploring, and obtaining Fragments in the Different World, changes will take place in the real world regarding the troubles that students are facing.
—By finding Fragments, Hinako and friends will gradually become stronger.
—Hinako continues to fight as a Reflector in hopes that her leg will one day heal. However, is a major change gradually occurring in the real world…?
