Ubisoft France and Michel Ancel tease Beyond Good & Evil

Pey'j as a child?

Ubisoft and Beyond Good & Evil series creator Michel Ancel are teasing something Beyond Good& Evil-related.

“Michel Ancel has an Instragram account and we recommend you pay close attention to it,” Ubisoft France said in a tweet with a link to the following Instagram post from Michel Ancel:

Beyond Good & Evil 2

“Somewhere in system 4,” the caption of the newly posted Instagram image reads. “Thanks Ubisoft for making this possible!”

The image appears to show Beyond Good & Evil character Pey’j as a child. “System 4” is the name of the solar system in Beyond Good & Evil.

Ubisoft first announced the still unreleased Beyond Good & Evil 2 in 2008. Just as recently as E3 2016 in June, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said, “It’s still on the way. It’something that at one point you will see.”

Guillemot added, “Michel [Ancel] is working on it, but he’s doing two games at the same time—he’s doing WiLD at the same time—so it’s coming along, but he has to spend more time on it so we can see it faster.”
