Persona 5 PS4 slim bundle announced for Japan

Plus, new price drop trailer featuring Persona 5.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia will release a “PlayStation 4 Persona 5 Starter Limited Pack” in Japan on September 15 for 39,980 yen, the company announced.

The bundle will include a copy of Persona 5 for PlayStation 4, a slim PlayStation 4 Jet Black model with a one terabyte hard drive, a product code to download an original theme and avatars, a DualShock 4 Jet Black controller, and the necessary connection cables.

Additionally, the company released a trailer for the PlayStation 4’s new slim model and standard price point of 29,980 yen, featuring a singer dressed as Ichiyo Higuchi (the woman on the 5,000 Japanese yen) and Persona 5.

Persona 5 is due out for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in Japan on September 15, and in North America and Europe on February 14.
