Yo-kai Watch 3 ‘Battle’ gameplay video

3DS sequel due out mid-July in Japan.

Yo-kai Watch 3

Level-5 has released a new gameplay video of Yo-kai Watch 3 showing the game’s battle system in action.

In Yo-kai Watch 3, yo-kai will fight freely in battle, and you can also provide them instruction. By moving the Yo-kai Medals on the lower screen, the yo-kai on the upper screen will also move. You should try connecting and collaborating allies. You can also replace the yo-kai currently in battle with the yo-kai you have in your reserve.

Yo-kai Watch 3 is due out in Sushi and Tempura versions in Japan on July 16. Each version will cost 5,184 yen.
