Media Create Sales: 4/25/16 – 5/1/16

Kirby: Planet Robobot was the top selling single game and new release in Japan last week, the latest Media Create sales figures reveal. The 3DS game sold 145,000 units during its opening week.

Konami‘s Jikkyou Powerful Pro Baseball 2016 for PlayStation 4 came in second at 102,000 units sold. Together with the PS Vita and PlayStation 3 versions, which sold an additional 85,000 and 56,000 units, respectively, the new release sold over 243,000 units.

Smaller PS Vita titles Rose and the Old Castle of Twilight from Nippon Ichi Software and Eve: Burst Error R from El Dia also made their debut. They sold 8,500 and 5,700 units, respectively.
