Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X HD for PS4 launches August 25 in Japan
PlayStation 4 version to support PlayStation VR.
The PlayStation 4 version of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X will launch in Japan on August 25 for 7,990 yen, Sega announced. It will be released under the name Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X HD.
From August 25 to September 25, users will be able to download the “Snow Miku 2010 to 2015 Pack” downloadable content free of charge. It contains Snow Miku modules from 2010 to 2015.
Sega also announced that in addition to running in 1080p at 60 frames per second, the PlayStation 4 version of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X will support PlayStation VR through “Live Edit Mode” concert viewing.
A four-minute trailer provides our first in-motion look at the PlayStation 4 version, featuring the “Cool Medley: Cyber Rock Jam” arranged by Divela, which includes the songs “Unhappy Refrain” by Wowaka, “Mairisudame!” by Live P, “Tengaku” by Yuuya, “Palette” by Yuyo Yuppe, and “Kono Fuzaketa Subarashiki Sekai wa, Boku no Tame ni Aru” by n.k.
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X is now available for PS Vita in Japan. It is due out for both PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in the Americas this fall.
