EA Play 2016 initial details announced

Titanfall 2 is part of the EA Sports lineup.

Electronic Arts has shared initial details on its EA Play 2016 event happening between June 12 and 14 in Los Angeles and June 12 in London.

Yesterday, Electronic Arts shared a first look at Titanfall 2, which the publisher today confirmed “will join three titles from our EA Sports lineup – and more – at EA Play.” (That’s not a typo. Apparently Titanfall 2 is part of the EA Sports lineup.)

Here’s the schedule of events:

■ EA Play Los Angeles (Pacific Standard Time)

Sunday, June 12

  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm – EA Press Conference
  • 2:00pm – 4:00pm – Open to Media
  • 4:00pm – 10:00pm – Open to Players

Monday, June 13

  • 9:00am – 9:00pm – Open to all players

Tuesday, June 14

  • 9:00am – 9:00pm – Open to Industry and E3 attendees

■ EA Play London (British Summer Time)

Sunday, June 12

  • 9:00pm – 10:00pm – Press Conference
  • 10:00pm – 12:00am – Player sessions
