Compile Heart teaser website update: ‘Lots of despair, lots of blood’

Yesterday, Compile Heart launched a teaser website for what we guessed was a new title. Earlier today, Dengeki PlayStation revealed Genkai Tokki: Seven Pirates, from Compile Heart, for PS Vita. And tonight the teaser website was updated, linking to the Seven Pirates teaser website and revealing the PS Vita game to be only one part of the reveal. Another mystery remains.

The “Lots of hope, lots of emotions” text previously displayed on the website now reads, “Lots of despair, lots of blood.” The background of the website is now black, and blood is flowing down the screen. Next to the Seven Pirates reveal is an eye in a circle, and underneath it, a teaser for this weekend’s Dengeki Game Festival, at which Compile Heart will host a stage event revealing new games. If you click on the eye, you’ll hear someone say “tasukete,” or “help me.”

We’ll hear about this new game, whatever it may be, at the Dengeki Game Festival, along with some new information on Genkai Tokki: Seven Pirates. Stay tuned.
