Digimon World: Next Order Japanese box art, first-print bonuses detailed
New character Shouma revealed.Bandai Namco has released the official Japanese box art for Digimon World: Next Order, as well detailed the previously announced first-print run bonuses.

Set of two original themes
A “Ver. Nostalgic” theme based on the Digimon Virtual Pet and a “Ver. Dot” theme based on the pixelated Digimon that inhabit the Digimon Virtual Pet.
“Training Start Dash Set”
Includes a “Challenge Carrot” (increases MP and offense for six hours, training effect by 1.2 times), “Sakura Bird Radish” (increases HP and speed for six hours, training effect by 1.2 times) and “Hidden Onion” (increases defense and intelligence for six hours, training effect by 1.2 times).
Special Talking Agumon & Gabumon Digi-egg
A special Digi-egg that hatches a talking Agumon (voiced by Sakamoto Chika) and talking Gabumon (voiced by Yamaguchi Mayumi) – Agumon follows the “Botamon, Kormon, Agumon, Greymon, WarGreymon” evolution line. Gabumon follows the “Botamon, Tsunomon, Gabumon, WereGarurumon, MetalGarurumon” evolution line. WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon can Jogress evolve to become an Omnimon voiced by both Chika and Mayumi. The same Omnimon can also be created through the same combination with ExE-volution.
Unknown Mega Evolution Core
By speaking to Poyomon, who’s responsible for the Different Dimension Box, in Jijimon’s house, an “Unknown Mega Evolution Core” will appear in the menu. You’ll be able to select one core from five that lets you evolve into Susanoomon, Imperialdramon Fighter Mode, Omnimon, Gallantmon, or ShiningGreymon.
Over at the game’s official website, a new character was also revealed:
Shouma
A young man whose features remain boyish and who owned a liquid crystal Digimon toy. What does he see before his vacant eyes…?

Editor’s Note: This article previously stated Kenichi Suzumura also voiced the main character in the original Digimon World. This is not the case. We misunderstand an entry on the voice actor’s Wikipedia page, which says he voiced “Shounen,” or “Boy,” in Digimon World, which we assumed was a reference to the main character. The main character in Digimon World was voiced by Minami Takayama.
