Home Free, an open-world survival game where you play as a lost dog in a randomly generated city, is coming to PlayStation 4, developer Makeroca announced.
The game was successfully Kickstarted (the campaign is still ongoing), and will also be released for PC and Mac. Kickstarter backers now have the option of securing a PlayStation 4 digital copy.
In Home Free, you’re a dog tasked with finding food, a safe place to sleep, and making both human and canine friends. Hopefully, you’ll eventually find “home.” The randomly generated city is inspired by the “vibrant, abstract visions of Tokyo” from games like Jet Set Radio and Katamari Damacy, and it’s random so that “every player can truly feel lost.”
Makeroca expects to release Home Free in fall 2016.
