Microsoft has released the opening cinematic to Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
Given that the Ultimate Edition is a remaster of the original Gears of War, the remaster’s opening is a remake of the original game’s opening.
In related news, the Xbox One version has gone gold and is now available for digital pre-order (standard, deluxe).
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is due out for Xbox One on August 25. A PC version is also planned. Find more information here.
