Xbox 360 backwards compatibility is coming to Xbox One, Microsoft announced during its E3 2015 press conference.
Over 100 titles will be compatible with the system this holiday, with hundreds more planned after launch. The system will be compatible with both digital Xbox 360 titles and retail titles.
Microsoft demonstrated Mass Effect on the console. Even while playing Xbox 360 games, you’ll be able to take advantage of Xbox One features like screenshots, broadcasting, and more.
An initial set of backwards compatible titles will be available today for Xbox Preview Program members.
Fans will be able to submit which titles they’d like to see become backwards compatible via an online feedback form.
