
Sony Computer Entertainment re-revealed The Last Guardian for PlayStation 4 during its E3 2015 press conference this evening. And it will launch in 2016.
“I could not be happier standing here today,” Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida said on stage. “You don’t know how long I have waited for this moment to re-introduce The Last Guardian with first ever gameplay on PlayStation 4.”
The Last Guardian is developed by SCE Japan Studio in collaboration with genDesign, game director Fumito Ueda’s new studio comprised of veteran developers that led the creation of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.
